In addition to the courses above, it may be possible, by arrangement, for a musician to come to AMS just for their own programme, to apply the Alexander Technique to music. The visitor would stay in the guest room at AMS. The content of work would be similar to that outlined above, but with greater individual attention (2 people maximum). Usually there would be 2 lessons a day, usually one without and one with the instrument. In between, time can be spent discussing Alexander's ideas, as described in his books, in addition to relaxing and enjoying the surrounding area of Las Alpujarras.
