A week of classes applying the principles of Alexander Technique to drawing and painting in watercolour
This is the third year that Julia Sterland is teaching at AMS, using watercolour as the medium for developing basic art and drawing techniques.

Course content
The course is taught by tutors who are qualified and experienced in their field and includes:
- Classes in watercolour and basic art and drawing techniques
- Classes in Alexander Technique
- Individual lessons in Alexander Technique are also available
Painting sessions are both indoors and outside, and all materials are provided.
Timetable
Participants (for the week) will arrive on September 28th and depart on 6th October. Classes will take place from the 29th September until the 5th October.
Each day's structure will be based on the following timetable:
10:00–13:30 Classes
13:30–17:00 Free time - lunch is provided at AMS
17:00–19:30 Classes
