mind to Alexander Technique, thinking Cat might simply improve my
sitting position to get rid of back ache, but the approach was much
more psychological, and really challenged me about my motives during
performance and practice. The school is in a wonderful location,

are really friendly and spontaneous. The classes mixed with the
